When you contact a provider or request a booking, we collect the details you submit (name, contact information, and your message). Email addresses are hashed and encrypted at rest; we never display a provider's or customer's raw email.

How we use it

We use your information to connect you with the provider you contacted, to operate and improve BookOrtho, and to send service-related messages. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your information, and you can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the link in those messages.
